How did Mantra come to be? Inspired by travels around the world, a passion for good food, coffee, beer and wine as well as total disdain for mediocrity, combined with a bit of entrepreneurial spirit and a dash of flying by the seat of your pants, and voila, you have a wee little one known to all as Mantra.

The MANTRA

Refuse mediocrity | buy a sense of humor if you have to | play nice in the sandbox together | respect that which you do not know | challenge yourself every day | remember what it was like to be 19 again, or better yet, young and in love | always seek knowledge and impart wisdom | take random chances | listen more than you talk | strive for maximum color blindness | acknowledge wrong and take pride in apologizing for it | embrace differing points of view on such things as religion, sexual preference, politics and what have you | try and find the good in everything | leave the earth a better place than when you arrived | kill people with kindness | speak & write with proper English | work hard, but play harder | remember what they will remember you by | and last but not least, make sure you leave a sufficiently pickled corpse behind for the aliens to prod, poke and experiment with.
